Despite multiple visits to her GP and hospital, she was often dismissed or misdiagnosed, leading her to eventually "beg for" an MRI that revealed stage 1 B3 cervical cancer.
The Senedd health committee report underscores a broader issue, finding that women in Wales have been "let down by the Welsh government's inaction" regarding gynaecological cancer care.
